All prices are based on HARBOR CARGO SAPI DE CV rates and rates, current exchange rates to date and may be changed with or without notice. Important condition for air transport: The rates do not apply to dangerous cargo (DGR), perishable, oversized, extra-heavy, domestic goods, live animals, human remains and cargo of value (Value Rated) according to the standards of the International Association of Air Transport (IATA) except clearly specified in our offer. HARBOR CARGO SAPI DE CV is free to select the airline, unless expressly agreed between the parties to use a specific one. The weight to volume ratio for air transport is 1M3 = 167 Kgs (Ratio 1: 6).

 

Important condition for maritime transport: The rates do not apply to dangerous cargo (IMDG), perishable, oversized, extra-heavy, domestic goods, textiles, spare parts and household appliances, except clearly specified in our offer. HARBOR CARGO SAPI DE CV has the freedom to select the shipping line, unless expressly agreed between the parties to use a specific shipping line. Our maritime rates do not include expenses for port transfers or warehouse / yard transfer, except as expressly described in our service offer. The weight to volume ratio for maritime transport is 1M3 = 1000 Kgs (Ratio 1: 1). NOTE: For freights contracted in full containers, the expenses caused by delays in use or in delays in returning containers will be billed to the customer as generated accordingly.

 

Important condition for ground transportation: The rates do not apply to dangerous, perishable, oversized, extra-heavy cargo, household goods, textiles, spare parts and household appliances, except clearly specified in our offer. HARBOR CARGO SAPI DE CV has the freedom to select the carrier line, unless expressly agreed between the parties to use a specific carrier. Our ground rates do not include tolls, maneuvers, delays or crossing expenses, except as expressly described in our service offer. The weight-to-transport ratio is the one indicated in our service specification and is subject to the provisions of NOM-012-SCT-2-2008. The responsibility of HARBOR CARGO SAPI DE CV is subject to the provisions of article 66 section V of the current Federal Highway, Bridge and Motor Carrier Law.

 

For all freight services, air, sea and land, none of our rates is compressible for storage generated at the place of origin or destination of your shipments except as expressly described in our offers.

 

Service offer: all our service offers do not include other expenses that are not quoted or expressly requested by our clients.

 

Insurance: Taking into account that the responsibility of the freight forwarder in the event of a claim is limited by international transport rules described on the back of the transport document, and in order to cover any risk for your Company, we suggest insuring each shipment of goods through adequate transport insurance. HARBOR CARGO SAPI DE CV will not take any transport insurance, except upon written request, stating the value to be insured and the details of the merchandise that will be the object of such insurance. Expenses at Origin: Our offer does not include expenses at origin except as expressly described in our service offer. If you do not have our offer of these expenses, it may be provided upon request.

 

Shipping instructions: All shipping instructions must be sent in writing to HARBOR CARGO SAPI DE CV before boarding. To ensure that the offered rate is applied correctly by HARBOR CARGO SAPI DE CV abroad, we need you to send us a copy of the order mentioning HARBOR CARGO SAPI DE CV as its shipping agent. Any permits, licenses and / or legal requirements that may be required in the country of destination as a result of this shipment will be borne by the importer and / or its seller at origin.
